Volume reimagines the training and certification experience for QuickBooks Online accounting professionals
Volume redesigned the training and certification experience from the ground up, using a workflow-based approach to deliver learning via realistic scenarios. This contextual learning helps accounting professionals better support their clients because the training reflects the tasks a QuickBooks ProAdvisor performs day-to-day. Volume also applied contemporary Instructional Design principles to provide a familiar, cohesive experience across all courses.
“The new courses are designed to meet learning outcomes defined at a granular level,” said Chris Freebairn, head of strategic learning and development at Volume. “This ensures the learner has clear visibility of what they will learn, and also provides a robust assessment and exam structure.”
In addition to the new training and certification experience, Volume also updated the QuickBooks ProAdvisor training portal integrated into QuickBooks Online Accountant, the QuickBooks Online accounting tool specifically designed for accounting professionals. The new portal provides an improved user experience with clearly defined learning paths for ProAdvisors seeking training and certification.
“QuickBooks ProAdvisors are passionate about helping their small business clients succeed,” said Ariege Misherghi, leader of the Accountant Segment, Small Business Self-Employed Group, at Intuit. “The new training and certification experience produced by Volume helps ProAdvisors increase their knowledge and understanding of QuickBooks products, which in turn helps them better serve their clients.”
