June 07, 2007, Press Dispensary. Nexor (http://www.nexor.com (http://www.nexor.com)), a provider of high-grade security products and services to the military and government sectors, is returning to the Coalition Warrior Interoperability Demonstration in June 2007 (CWID 07) to demonstrate advanced information assurance techniques in support of the ‘collection to exploitation’ ISTAR requirement.
Building on previously demonstrated technology, which is based on the Nexor Sentinel High Assurance Guard, Nexor will be operating as part of the core infrastructure and will be implementing the DII Bowman Access Node, meeting stringent MoD security and conformance requirements.
New developments for CWID 07 include the guarding of information in a Service Oriented Architecture environment (JSP777), through integration into the core Enterprise Services Bus, and detection of non-releasable imagery data through the use of advanced steganography content scanners. The underlying technology provides high grade guarding between security domains and is configured at CWID 07 to prevent leakage of ISTAR imagery from the UK BOWMAN domain to both the Component Command HQ and Joint Task Force Head Quarters (JTFHQ).
The capability has been delivered in partnership with QinetiQ, one of the UK’s leading Security Enforcing Companies.
With this year's CWID activity, Nexor continues to demonstrate its ability to lead the field in the area of high grade military technology. Nexor's demonstration number is UKIT-62.

Notes for editors
Based in Nottingham, UK, Nexor specialises in high-grade security products and services for defence and government customers world-wide. Founded in 1990, the company's technology is widely used in secure messaging and information assurance systems where reliability and interoperability are fundamental. Nexor offers a range of consultancy, implementation and training services.
The Coalition Warrior Interoperability Demonstration (CWID) UK is an annual research partnership between the MoD and industry. Run as part of a wider US lead coalition event, CWID UK aims to demonstrate, assess and exploit the interoperability of new and emerging C4IL technology to enable secure single service, joint, and coalition interoperability. Using real military role players, from across the front line commands, CWID employs real data sat on real in-service or planned communications bearers with real infrastructure and security. Within the UK, CWID is particularly focused towards filling defence capability gaps, de-risking current MOD projects as well as demonstrating innovation in support of the MOD’s Network Enabled Capabilities vision. The wider US-led CWID Coalition includes Australia, Canada, New Zealand, NATO, the United Kingdom and the United States.
