Loch Fyne Restaurants

Loch Fyne Restaurants began life 30 years ago as a simple oyster shack at the head of Loch Fyne, on the main West Highland road near Inveraray. There are now 48 restaurants nationwide as well as the original Oyster Bar that stands on the banks of the loch.

A key focus for Loch Fyne is environmental welfare, and the company has a reputation as a pioneer in marine protection, working closely with organisations that monitor and protect fish species. Every care is taken to ensure that all products and ingredients used by the restaurants are derived from wild, free range or a sustainable resource.

The oysters and mussels come from beds and ropes in the pure waters of Loch Fyne, while the salmon is sourced from farms with RSPCA freedom food accreditation for animal welfare and quality of produce.
